Please reach us at info@lmmigrationrad.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
What is the Canada Startup Visa Program?
The Canada Startup Visa Program allows innovative entrepreneurs from around the world to launch their business in Canada and gain permanent residency. It requires support from a designated organization (like an incubator), a qualifying business, and meeting basic language and financial requirements.
Who is eligible for the Startup Visa?
You may qualify if you have an innovative business idea, support from a designated organization, meet language requirements (CLB 5 in English or French), and have enough funds to settle in Canada.

What makes Rad Immigration different?
We focus exclusively on the Startup Visa pathway. With a multidisciplinary team of legal experts, startup mentors, brand strategists, and technical consultants, we provide true end-to-end support, before, during, and after your immigration process.
Can Rad help me get a Letter of Support (LOS)?
Yes. We work closely with top Canadian incubators and guide you through the LOS process, from preparing your pitch deck to structuring your business model and supporting your incubator interviews.
Does Rad work with specific industries or types of startups?
We support a wide range of industries—from tech and software to health, education, and sustainable innovation. The key is innovation, scalability, and a strong founding team.
Can Rad help with business development and product design?
Yes. Our accelerator team helps you develop a clear roadmap, validate your product, and document everything needed to present to incubators and immigration authorities.
Do you help after I get my LOS?
Absolutely. Our post-LOS services include legal setup in Canada, product refinement, branding, digital marketing, technical reporting, and ongoing compliance with IRCC and your incubator.
Do I need to move to Canada immediately after getting my LOS?
Not immediately—but you must meet IRCC deadlines and your business obligations. We guide you on when and how to relocate based on your progress and visa timeline.
What documents are required to apply?
You’ll need a valid passport, business plan, pitch deck, proof of funds, language test results, and a Letter of Support from a designated organization.
Can I apply with a co-founder or team?
Yes. Up to five people can apply under the same startup, but each must hold at least 10% of the voting rights and the team must collectively hold over 50%.
Does Rad Immigration provide legal support?
Yes. Our legal experts help you prepare all immigration documents, review agreements, assist with business registration, and ensure full compliance with Canadian law.
Will Rad help me settle in Canada?
Yes. We provide post-landing support including business incorporation, tax guidance, branding, marketing, and connecting you with essential local services.
Is Rad Immigration officially affiliated with the Canadian government?
We are a private, independent consultancy. While not affiliated with the government, we work closely with IRCC requirements and designated organizations authorized under the Startup Visa Program.
What happens if my application is rejected?
We thoroughly vet your case before submission to minimize risk. If there are issues, we offer strategy reviews and help you revise or reapply if eligible.
What if I already have a business outside Canada?
That’s great! You can expand or relocate your business through the Startup Visa, as long as it meets IRCC’s criteria and shows innovation and scalability.

Simple just book a consultation with our team. We’ll review your goals, evaluate your eligibility, and map out a tailored plan to help you move forward with confidence.
